We test first: battery voltage under load, the alternator's output, and the charging system, so you're not paying for a battery when the real problem is a bad alternator. If the battery's the issue, we pull the old one, clean up corroded terminals, install the new battery, and confirm the charging system holds. The old battery goes with us for recycling.
